LABYRINT II. 2022
Labyrint is a new line of single varietal white wines with no skin contact to show the granite influence of the terroir
and always is a very limited amount.
Labyrint II. is 100% Grüner Veltliner, overnight maceration and subsequent pressing, aged for one year in 225-600l neutral oak and acacia barrels on fine lees. 13% alcohol
LABYRINT III. 2021
Labyrint III. is 100% Riesling, direct pressed, aged for one year in 225-600l neutral oak barrels on fine lees.
12% alcohol
DOMA 2022
Doma means at home. Home is for us the best place, here we are creating our wines and we love to be home. It is a white Cuvée from the varieties Welschriesling, Red Traminer, Rhine Riesling andRed Sylvaner.
All grape varieties fermented separately for 2 weeks on the skins with stems in open 500 to 750l vats. After pressing, the wine aged for one year in neutral acacia and oak barrels on the lees and went through malolactic fermentation.
After one year barrel aging, we blended it into tanks and bottled it in November 2024. 13% alcohol

SPOLU 2022
Spolu means together. The word itself has a strong meaning for us and our wine deserves this name because here we have white and red varieties together. Blaufränkisch, Grüner Veltliner & Riesling.
Semi-carbonic (50% of Blaufränkisch) fermentation in direct pressed juice of Riesling and destemmed Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch. The wine fermented in 500 to 750l vats for two weeks and went through malolactic fermentation. After pressing, the wine aged in neutral oak barrels on fine lees for 12 months and has been bottled in October 2024. 12,5% alcohol
RITUÁL 2022
We aim for harmony, complexity and beauty.
100 % Blaufränkisch - The 80% destemmed grapes and around 20% grapes with stems fermented 3 weeks on the skins in open 500 to 750l vats. After pressing, the wine aged for one year in neutral oak barrels on the lees and went through malolactic fermentation.After one year barrel aging, we blended it into tanks and bottled it in October 2024. 13% alcohol

OPERA 2024
We love BUBBLES!
Our traditional method Sparkling wine
is a mix of Müller-Thurgau, Moravian Muscat
and Riesling.
Whole bunch direct press fermented in stainless steel. After primary fermentation aged on lees for 6 months then bottled for secondary fermentation.
Brut nature. Zero dosage.

ZORE 2024
Whole bunch fermentation at outside temperature for 8 days in 500 – 750l vats. Destemmed and pressed, fermented in 225l and 500l neutral oak barrels. The wine was ageing on the lees in barrels and was bottled in May 2025.
Varieties are Blaufränkisch, André and Alibernet.
With first time Alibernet in this Cuvée, the color
got darker and more dense.
Due to an extreme hot summer in 2024, this wine has 14% alcohol. But due to the carbonic maceration and its freshness, you don`t feel it at all.
